Scrumptious!
The “Anmaki” is a very special Japanese cake. Indeed, it is made of red bean paste (called “anko”) surrounded by something close to a pancake batter. Its sweet taste is very representative of Japanese pastries. Another interesting point: the volume of a single cake is very consistent! So, it’s just perfect to be shared with friends or family.
